Kera’s Helping Hands did not begin as an organization with a plan- it began as a response to need.
A willingness to show up.
A decision to serve with what was available.
A quiet obedience to do good where good was needed.
Over time, that obedience grew into something larger
than any one person could manage alone.
What started as simple acts of service became a consistent presence in communities- providing food, hygiene essentials, clothing, and support to those facing real hardship but like many journeys rooted in purpose, there were seasons of change.
Resources shifted.
Structure changed.
The work was tested.
And in that transition, something became clear:
This was never meant to be carried by one person.
It was meant to be carried by people.
Our Core Initiatives
Empowering change for a brighter tomorrow
Food Access & Community Feeding
No one should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from.
Through our food pop-ups and mobile distribution stations, we provide access to meals and groceries directly within the community.
This includes:

We meet people where they are with dignity, care, and consistency.
Hygiene & Essential Care Support
Basic needs should never be out of reach.
We distribute essential hygiene items to support health, dignity, and everyday stability.

Household basics when available
Because care starts with the basics and the basics matter.
Job Readiness & Resume Support
Support doesn’t stop at survival- it moves toward stability.
We help individuals take steps toward employment and opportunity through simple, accessible job readiness support.
This includes:
